Nothing is taken from a shelf, so every order has a lead time. Below is what to expect before your piece is even packed, and what happens after.
Lead times
| Piece | Made in |
|---|---|
| Frames with plain or tinted lenses | 10–15 working days |
| Frames with single-vision prescription lenses | 15–20 working days |
| Frames with varifocal or specialist lenses | 20–28 working days |
| The Coffret | Quoted when the edition opens |
We tell you the lead time before you pay, and we tell you again if it moves.

Duties and import tax
Prices on this site are shown in pounds sterling, and the price shown is the price charged wherever you order from.
- United Kingdom. The price you see is the price you pay. Nothing further is due.
- Everywhere else. The price is the same, and nothing extra is added when you pay. Your own country’s import duty and sales tax become payable on top. We ship delivered-at-place, which means the carrier collects those from you before delivery.
We are working towards fully landed pricing, where duty is calculated and paid with your order so there is nothing to pay on arrival. Until that is live, the line above is how it works, and we would rather say so plainly than let a courier surprise you.
Tracking
You get a tracking link when the piece leaves the atelier. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, tell us and we remake the piece — you deal with us, not with the carrier.
