The four things buyers write in to ask

How long will it take to reach me?

Nothing is taken off a shelf — your frame is assembled, tinted and marked after you order it. Ten to fifteen working days for plain or tinted lenses, fifteen to twenty for single-vision prescription, twenty to twenty-eight for varifocal or specialist. Shipping is complimentary and insured, worldwide. Lead times and duties in full →

What if it does not suit me?

Thirty days from delivery to send anything back unworn, in its box, with its certificate. That is more than twice the fourteen days the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 require, and it sits on top of your statutory rights rather than replacing them. The returns policy →

How do I know it will fit?

The Square is 140.8 mm across with a 156 mm temple; the Aviator is 144.8 mm across with a 156.5 mm temple. Measure a pair you already wear and own, hinge to hinge, and compare. If you would rather ask, send a straight-on photograph to hello@paulsagoo.com and we will tell you which sits better. The size guide →

What happens if something breaks?

Every piece carries a lifetime repair undertaking held against its edition number, not against its owner — so it survives being given away or inherited. Hinges, arms and refits, for as long as the piece exists. Lifetime repair →
